Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Guests may cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
If a booking is cancelled within 14 days before arrival, the full booking amount will be charged and is non-refundable.
If a guest fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior cancellation, the full booking amount will be charged and is non-refundable.
Where applicable, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.
In exceptional circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), we reserve the right to review cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis.
