By making a booking through Book Inn, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • A booking is confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed.

3. Damage Deposit

A refundable damage deposit is required for all bookings.
The deposit amount will be confirmed upon booking confirmation.

The deposit may be used to cover:

  • Damage to property

  • Missing items

  • Excessive cleaning

  • Breach of house rules

The remaining balance, if applicable, will be refunded after inspection.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

  • Respect property rules

  • Not exceed maximum occupancy

  • Avoid damage to the property

  • Comply with local laws

5. Liability

Book Inn acts as a booking platform connecting guests with property owners or managers. While we strive to ensure accuracy, we are not liable for:

  • Errors in property descriptions

  • Guest behaviour

  • Circumstances beyond our control
