The owner does reside in the cottage on the property, however this is away from guest areas. Guests have complete access to all areas on the property.
Transit
The property is centrally located in Gqeberha and only a short distance to all main transport routes. Uber and Bolt is also used in the bay and due to the location of the property it is quick and easy to book your ride.
Neighbourhood
Known as Port Elizabeth’s garden suburb because of the leafy streets and large gardens, Mill Park lies in the heart of the city, close to Greenacres Shopping centre, the Port Elizabeth golf club and St George’s Park.
