To make sure that your stay is as enjoyable as possible, please adhere to the following requests: When leaving the apartment, please turn off the air conditioner/heater, TV and all the lights, lock the doors and close the windows. At check out, please make sure to leave the keys in the lockbox. Open the lockbox with the same code as used on arrival, place the keys inside, close it and scramble the numbers. if you are struggling to lock it or unlock it, reset it by pulling the small black toggle down until you hear a click. Then renter code. We hope that you enjoy some time at the pool or beach, and so we have added in some beach towels for your stay. Please ensure that you remember to bring them back after your swim and that you leave them in the apartment when you check out. In order to prepare for guests checking in after you, we request that you check out no later than 10am. There is a R200 per 15 minute penalty if this is not adhered to (unless arranged and approved by Claire). This will be deducted from your damage deposit. If you would like an extra linen change or clean during your stay with us, you are welcome to request one and we will add this cost to your bill. We conduct a routine clean on your departure. If you have booked in for more than a week, a free linen and towel change can be booked. Please note the following: Right of Admission Reserved – You enter this property at your own risk, we will not take any responsibility for any injuries that occur during your stay. Quiet hours – between 10pm and 6am. No loud music, parties or excessive noise is allowed at any time, please be respectful of your neighbours. Failing to abide by these rules, you will be asked to leave the property with immediate effect and will receive no refund for your shortened stay. Only two people are permitted in the apartment at a time – no large gatherings are permitted. No pets allowed in the apartment. This is strictly a non-smoking apartment. This rule includes the use of hubbly-bubbly and vapes. Should you wish to vape, please do so on the balcony or outside by the pool and enjoy the view. Parking is only permitted in the designated parking bays. Please do not park in front of the garages. Children are to be supervised at the pool area at all times. Please familiarize yourself with the pool area rules. If you use the braai facilities at the pool, please clean up after yourselves before heading back to your room. Please do not put food, waste or oils down the sinks and please do not flush anything except toilet paper down the toilet. Please use the bins provided in the apartment.
